They are the best, customer service, honesty and always on the ball. I brought my work van in without calling. Im a jerk, . They fixed it and got me right back on my schedule for my customers. I've never gave a review. They deserve it. I won't take my work vehicles or personal vehicles anywhere else.

I took my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe to them because I had a 2 inch broken in the Muffler - They called Hyundai but they said It’ll cost $900 to replace the whole exhaust system but Wes Jackson mechanic was HONEST with me and said he’s gonna Weld That broken piece and it should be fine and that’s was it - Professionals working there starting with rhe cheerful KIM to all Mechanics- love them 5/5 - I’ll go again for more services- HIGHLY RECOMMENDING *Update: they sent me high design welcome letter wow love them

I recently had my work van towed there because the gear shifter snapped. This was my first experience there and I am more than satisfied. From the lovely Kim at the front desk, to the service manager Keith, they were very welcoming and most important honest, which can be find to hard with mechanics. They explained exactly what my situation was and were very accommodating as they got me back on the road that same day! Thank you to Wes Jackson for saving me a lot of time and money. My timing belt broke while running errands and I had it towed to the dealer's service shop. After their initial inspection, they informed me that I need to replace the engine. Since Wes Jackson has saved me before, I payed to tow my car to them. Keith gave me a call the same day it got there to let me know that not only did he have time to check it out, but he already fixed it! He was able to replace a few parts in order to save me from spending money on a new engine or a new car. He went above and beyond in service and was way more than fair in regards to payment. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Very helpful knowledgeable and curtious staff. They have always been able to service my Ford e250 van without any issues, everything from routine maintaince/state inspections to more substancial repairs without any problems. Highly recommend WES JACKSON for any of you automotive needs.
