My experience with Wes Jackson was professional, timely and informative. I was very impressed with how thorough my evaluation was initially. My transmission had to be replaced, I also had other diagnostic challenges that could be taken care of at a later date. No pressure, fully explained, a pleasant experience. My van was completed, earlier than anticipated!!!

I am pleased to have found “Wes Jackson” in the past two years. First, in servicing my ‘08 Lexus , & most recently my newly obtained ‘41 Packard, I have found pleasant Service Writers, concerned Mechanics, and good advice. Secondly, in conversing with “Van”, I felt there was interest in my needs. Lastly, I have now found Keith who seems to have a genuine interest in maintaining the new collector car.

Wes Jackson was very professional and upfront about the work being done to my daughters car. They diagnosed the issue very quickly and gave us options to fix the problem. I HIGHLY recommend their shop to anyone and everyone.

Very happy with the service. I have a Model 3 Tesla and have used Wes Jackson the last few times I needed my inspection, and have used the opportunity to get my tires rotated as well. Not all dealers are equipped to put a Tesla on a lift due to the battery location, but Wes Jackson made it a point to be properly equipped and trained to do this, so I trust them with my car. Also, scheduling and drop off/pick up are always a breeze.

I bought my car from an out-of-state dealer and needed a PA state inspection. I pass Wes Jackson often on trips to the store and decided to give them a try. When they found out I needed to stay while they worked on the car, they change the time of my appointment so I could be first and get out quickly. They were professional and courteous and the work was done in a timely manner. I am very happy with Wes Jackson and will be bringing my car there for all service from now on.
